Marketing Intern (Influencer Marketing)

We are looking for a social-savvy self-starter who's passionate about influencer marketing to join our growth marketing team! You’ll be on the frontline of our marketing strategies through influencers, building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders.

We’re reimagining how skincare and cosmetics companies have worked so far, and dropping their working models - ‘one-size-fits-all’ and ‘buy off-the-shelf’. At the cost of sounding repetitive, through our products we want that our users should feel happy, should feel they’re holding something premium, and something made for them.

Key Accountabilities

  • Scoping out influencers to work with on Instagram and TikTok
  • Influencer outreach, influencer campaign planning and relationship building – identifying opportunities of engagement and content collaboration (paid & unpaid)
  • Influencer seeding – assisting to coordinate, schedule and pack KOL kits for influencers worldwide.
  • Assisting with influencer briefs, contracts, and any other ad hoc marketing duties around influencer marketing
  • Supporting function on any ad hoc marketing duties for PR, influencer, social, blog, copywriting
  • Playbook and document all the learnings from today that will pave the way for growth in the region and other markets around the world

Skills You Will Develop

  • Gain hands-on marketing experience – with insight into the strategic planning process, navigating influencer communications and negotiations, stakeholder management, campaign and content planning for influencer content to achieve it's peak reach and engagement
  • Working cross-functionally in a lean organisation, learning how to engage other team members and stakeholders professionally
  • Founder & CMO mentorship
  • Gain experience with marketing tech tools, not limited to Shopify, Notion, Airtable and more.

The ideal candidate would also have a pulse on the latest social media trends, have an eye for design. Being fluent in English (written and spoken) is a must.
