We are looking for an experienced brand marketer who'd be responsible for building and executing highly effective brand and growth marketing campaigns for key markets. 


You will create, launch and manage innovative marketing initiatives and apply best-in-market measurement metrics to aggressively generate and increase demand. 


Responsibilities

  • Marketing strategy and end-to-end campaign execution: work with cross-functional teams and agencies (PR, creative, channel specialists etc) to establish a brand and growth marketing roadmap and digital marketing strategies; plan marketing campaigns that brand-build while driving growth, supervising delivery, execution and optimisation.
  • Marketing innovation and thought leadership: be the expert and driver for brand and growth marketing; stay on top of the latest content trends; drive pilot campaigns with new features/products; test and scale for robust growth
  • Lead website updates, landing page development and initiatives to continuously improve the customer journey – surprising, delighting and ensuring a personalised experience for every customer, while also identifying drop-off or low engagement touch points, suggesting and implementing improvements, optimising for conversion
  • Ideate and manage the creative production of marketing collaterals and comms for marketing and advertising; roadmapping the consumer journey and optimising funnel conversions
  • Brand-building by storytelling and amplifying our culture and core values so that it reflects externally
  • Analyse, recommend and lead the implementation of improvement initiatives; translate ideas to actionable initiatives that deliver business results that build brand equity and customer love
  • Campaign performance measurement: define success metrics; lead the adoption of latest measurement tools and models
  • Work closely with the founders to create the brand's strategy and carve out a path for the team


Required Education & Experience

  • Prior success and experience in brand, campaigns or growth marketing – at least 5-7 years

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably with marketing or business focus

  • Expertise and experience in managing integrated and digital marketing campaigns is a distinct advantage; possesses a deep understanding of all marketing functions and how it ladders up to business goals and priorities

  • Advanced analytical skills and ability to interpret data

  • DTC Experience is a plus

  • Strategic thinker with strong problem solving skills; hacky and hands on while being able to zoom out and think big picture!

  • Ability to tag team their left brain with right 
  • Goal-oriented and able to consistently meet multiple deadlines

  • Ability to work effectively, independently but also collaboratively; has leadership qualities – ability to inspire and motivate peers/ team mates, while ensuring performance excellence

  • Has a creative flair, sense of style and eye for design and detail

  • Copywriting/ copy vetting, scriptwriting and being able to craft long-form narratives or come up with crisp copies
  • Sound technology aptitude and social media savvy; has a pulse on latest marketing trends

  • Knowledge of web and mobile app attribution technique will be an advantage

  • Able to use analytics tools like Google Analytics. Knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel are mandatory.

  • Solid knowledge of the digital landscape in Asia, US and Australia

  • Strong English language skills – written and verbal. You're an absolute Grammar Police

  • Prior experience in marketing tech and SaaS tools will be an advantage - eg. Figma, Klaviyo, Shopify, Unbounce, etc.

  • Love for skincare and a passion for beauty!
