We are looking for an experienced growth marketer responsible for building & executing highly effective growth marketing strategies for key markets. You will create, launch and manage innovative marketing initiatives and apply best in market measurement metrics to aggressively generate and increase demand. Responsibilities include shaping and executing highly effective growth strategies on paid media and social networks, and implementing performance analytics & measurements. Experience growing organic channels including SEM/SEO/CRM/programmatic is a major plus. Working with agencies, you will lead the marketing efforts to roll out scalable automated campaigns and drive the use of innovative growth techniques.
Required Education & Experience
Prior success and experience in growth marketing – at least 5 years as a Performance or Growth Marketing Manager
Bachelor's Degree, preferably with some business focus
Advanced analytical skills and ability to interpret data
Strategic thinker with strong problem solving skills
Goal-oriented and able to consistently meet multiple deadlines
Experience in identifying high-ROI opportunities, and translating that into digital marketing campaigns
Experience creating thematic ads & landing page driven acquisition strategy
Sound tech aptitude and social media savvy
Solid knowledge of web and mobile app attribution technique
DTC Experience is a plus
Experience in running campaigns with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Ads Manager, Google Display & Video 360, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, TikTok and Pinterest
Able to use tools such as Google Analytics, MongoDB, Segment, Metabase or Tableau. Knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel are mandatory
Solid knowledge of the digital landscape in South East Asia, US and Australia
Ability to tag team their left brain with right
Strong English language skills
Prior experience in marketing technology and basic programming (SQL, Python, HTML) skills will be of advantage
