About the Role
Drive the design and management of our administrative departments; your focus will be threefold: HR, finance and administration. You will work closely with our CEO and senior management team to ensure essential business functions are being properly maintained - from regular vendor payments, to payroll services, you will be the glue keeping our company together!
Manage executive-level calendars and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
Effectively and efficiently coordinate with teammates across different departments
Manage expense report coordination and submission
Manage vendor payouts and finance workstreams
Build processes to drive efficiency in planning, reporting, and communication within the team
Manage external partners and stakeholders effectively and diplomatically
Manage our office spaces, ensuring we’re providing an excellent work environment for our team
Required Education and Experience
3+ years of experience assisting at the executive level
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience in workflow management
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Willingness to travel occasionally for offsite or training purposes as and when required
