About the Role

As a key member of the Fulfillment team, the Operations Associate will support the development and scaling of our integrated Operations. We have seen astronomical order growth in a short period of time - it is up to the Strategist to work with both internal teams and external contractors to ensure our processes keep in-step with ballooning demand, while maintaining the personal touch our brand has been lauded for. The ideal candidate would be a highly analytical, systems-level thinker that can lead innovative projects from ideation through execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end order management; from receipt through delivery
  • Operational process scaling - think beyond the day to day to eke out operational efficiencies in the long run
  • Develop effective communication channels with different departments to ensure proper alignment
  • Management of our external contractors, ensuring we're receiving best-in-class service
  • Develop and manage standard reports and dashboards on operational efficiency to ensure we're tracking in-line with growth targets


Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in the Customer Service and/or Operations divisions of a start-up
  • Excellent communication, analytical, time-management, and organizational skills
  • A team player - we're a small and agile team!
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. We're growing fast - and we want you to develop with us!
  • Comfortable deploying impactful projects
  • A systems-level thinker - we want you to be comfortable scaling processes
  • Strong understanding of MS Excel and Google Suite
  • Willing and ready to get your hands dirty
  • Basic understanding of SQL and other query languages preferred, but not required
  • Fluent in English
